Today is another absolutely stunning day outside, and if you’re like me, you can’t wait until the work day is over to get outside and enjoy some sun and warmth. Now I playing golf and grilling when the weather is warm, but for other people, they turn to one thing- their bikes. Now we’re talking motorcycles for today, not bicycles, so don’t get confused on me!
While I’m not a biker, those who have them absoutley love them and are always willing to share their love for their bikes with new riders. So if you’re a new rider, we only hope that you’re safe on the bike and have taken the necessary steps to attain proper licensing and safety training.
According to the Nutmeg State’s Department of Motor Vehicles, the process for receiving your motorcycle license is rather strict, so make sure you have a valid permit for the bike, your current driver’s license, and the DMV-approved motorcycle safety-training course.
Now just remember though, if you’re under the age of 18, you can’t have anyone else on the bike with you for the first half of the year after you get the license. If you’re over 18, that restriction is only for three months.
When you’ve done everything, crossed the i’s and dotted the t’s, then you’ll get that “M” on your license allowing you to ride your motorcycle to your heart’s content. And what does every motorcycle need in the state of Connecticut? CT motorcycle insurance of course! Ride on down to Paradiso Insurance for your new policy today!
