Our Parcel Delivery Insurance Team is growing! The Paradiso Insurance family would like to introduce one of our newest members, Erika Gianinoto. Erika comes to us from W.B. Mason, where she worked for two years before deciding to join the insurance industry.
Born in Connecticut as the youngest of four children, her family soon moved to Florida after her third birthday, where they remained for almost thirteen years. When we asked Erika what made her come back to New England and give up the sunny Florida weather, she told us that it was a family decision and that she was actually quite thrilled to be back. She went on to explain how much she enjoys the four seasons that Connecticut has to offer and enjoys being back where she was born.
In her spare time, Erika loves to cook and can frequently be found trying out new recipes for her and her partner to enjoy. Her favorite meals to cook are stuffed peppers, tacos and anything involving her crock pot! When asked what her favorite type of food is, she told us that she absolutely loves anything Italian and loves to try out any new Italian restaurant that she finds. She loves to hang out with her friends, is a frequent reader, and enjoys quality time with her family. Her favorite types of movies are comedies, thrillers and “sappy love stories” as she calls them. She currently lives on her own with her partner and has one cat, but is hoping for a puppy in the very near future!
When it comes to her new life at Paradiso Insurance, Erika told us how exciting it is to be a part of such a close family and how thrilled she was when a close friend of hers told her about the position. “It’s so nice working close to home,” Erika stated. “I’ve never had a job with such a short commute and the team here is so welcoming!” Even though she has only been with us a few short weeks, when asked what her favorite part about her job was she told us it would have to be the claims process. As many of you know, Keisha is our in-house claims specialist within our parcel delivery insurance team, and is very eager to show Erika the ropes!
We are proud to welcome Erika to the Paradiso Team and know that she will go far in the insurance industry. Though she hasn’t been with us long, her dedication to her work and her eagerness to learn make her a valuable asset to our team and we are grateful to have her.
