Meet Caroline, Our Marketing Expert!

Ever wonder who is behind the screen posting for Paradiso Insurance and Paradiso Presents? Caroline Coley is from Ludlow, Massachusetts and has been a part of the Paradiso team since April of 2019 as our Marketing Manager. She has been in the marketing field for six years and even has her bachelor’s degree from Westfield State University in business management with a concentration in marketing. Caroline can help you out with anything ranging from creating a shop local video to help advertise your company, or just speak to you about our branding guide. 

Overview

During her college years, Caroline began as an intern at Marketing Doctor, a full-service advertising agency in Northampton, MA, while also working as a florist at Randalls Farm and Greenhouse in her hometown of Ludlow.  Upon graduating from university in 2015, she was offered a full-time position at Marketing Doctor, where she worked as an account manager, media buyer, and digital strategist on more than a dozen accounts. Some of the memories from her previous jobs have been fascinating to hear. Caroline has told us about her time coordinating TV shoots in Manhattan for a high-profile client in the weight loss industry.  She also told us about the time a medical device company flew her and the Marketing Doctor team to California for a social media shoot, where she interviewed former patients of the medical device company. She remained at the company for five years before joining the Paradiso Insurance team.

Background Information

Some of Caroline’s hobbies include reading, gardening, and hanging out with family. Caroline has one older sister, Catherine, who has two young children named Nora and Cole. Nora is two, and Cole is four months old. Caroline loves to spend her free time playing with them as much as she can. When she is not spending time with her family, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Titan, a three-year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix that she rescued from a shelter in Texas in 2016. Caroline’s family also has a goat farm on the family property, which at any given time has between 10 and 20 young goats. In the summer, Caroline helps her father with baling and storing the hay fields for the winter months. In the fall, Caroline enjoys archery and competing in local turkey shoots, where winners are able to take home prizes such as a 12-pound turkey, a rack of ribs, or fresh rib-eye steaks. In the past, she has been lucky enough to win one turkey and one ham, which became Christmas dinner last year. She is hoping to be able to win again this year and provide Christmas dinner once again for her family.

Caroline still resides in Ludlow, Massachusetts with Titan and her partner, Jon, and is an active member of her community. We are thankful to have her as a member of the Paradiso Insurance team and look forward to many successful years ahead!
