Drivers now-a-days are unsatisfied with their insurance companies mainly because of the high costs of premiums. The latest survey from J.D. Power and Asssociates shows a drop in customer satisfaction by 10 points from last year. The survey was measured by these five categories: interaction, policy offerings, billing and payment, auto insurance rates, and claims.

The company to take the top position is Amica Mutual Insurance. The reason for that is the company doesn’t change anything without asking “How will this impact our customers?” and whenever a customer calls, a live person is on the other end to respond rather than a machine.
