When it comes to paying bills, the world has gone digital. Online payments not only make life easier for the consumer, but they allow for faster and more prompt payments for the business as well. It’s a win-win for everyone, right? That’s why, at Paradiso Insurance, we have teamed up with ePayPolicy to allow our customers the convenience of paying their insurance bill right from the comfort of their own homes.
Now, when it’s time to pay your bill, you don’t have to find the checkbook, make out a check, get in the car to drive it down to the office or put it in the mail and hope that it arrives before the due date. All you have to do is go to our website at www.paradisoinsurance.com and scroll over to the tab that reads “Service Center” and select “make a payment” from the drop-down options.
From there, it’s as easy as filling in your name, email address and the amount of your payment. We accept credit cards or bank transfers and there is even an option to set up a recurring payment, so you don’t have to worry about forgetting it every!
The last step is to enter your policy number or invoice number within the note section, and you are ready to submit your payment. Our team will receive your payment information and will promptly finalize the transaction. You will receive a digital receipt sent directly to the email address you have listed. We always recommend saving these receipts for your records; however, we will always attach one to your account within our system as well.
It gets even easier than that! For customers who have downloaded our app to their phones, you can also make a payment there. Simply open our app and scroll to the bottom of the home page. There you will see a green square at the bottom left-hand corner titled “epay $”. Simply select that option and it will bring you to our secure online payment portal, where you will follow the same instructions as outlined above.
All payments are secure and the third-party software that we use is PCI Level 1 compliant, which is the highest level from the Payment Care Industry. Once a payment has been verified and processed, all client payment information is expunged from our system for your added security.
