Paradiso Insurance Wins 2019 National Agent for the Future Award
July 25, 2019 – Stafford Springs, CT: On July 1, Paradiso Financial & Insurance Services, in Stafford Springs, Connecticut, was announced as the recipient of the 2019 National Agent for the Future Award. This is the second year that Liberty Mutual and SafeCo Insurance has presented the Agent for the Future Award.
Paradiso has long focused on increasing the presence and authority of the independent agent in the insurance industry. Their agency focuses heavily on customer service, commitment to adapting to changes inside and outside of the industry, staying at the forefront of new ideas, and using creative marketing strategies, unlike the stereotypical agency. Paradiso is also passionate about spreading this mindset and way of doing things to other agents through Paradiso Presents, an educational endeavor that he takes around the country.

The Agent for the Future Award is given to a small commercial or personal lines agency that is consistently looking for ways to move forward. The winner is someone “evolving to meet emerging customer needs and expectations, shifts in employee and client recruitment and retention, as well as advancements in technology standards and the latest marketing practices.”
Of 75 nominations for the 2019 award, Paradiso Insurance was selected unanimously by the panel of judges, including Tyler Asher, President of Independent Agent Distribution for Liberty Mutual; Dave Willis, Editor of Rough Notes Magazine; and Jeff Roy, CEO of Excalibur Insurance and the winner of the 2018 Agent for the Future Award.
