Summer is the one time of the year where it’s nearly always warm out here in New England. It’s the perfect time of year for going on hikes, taking day trips to the beach, or even just relaxing with family and friends by the pool. Frozen Grapes
This healthy poolside snack is the perfect combination of healthy, refreshing, and very easy to make. All you have to do is line a baking sheet with parchment paper, wash some grapes, then pull them off the stem and line them on the baking sheet. After that, stick them in the freezer for a while, and voila!
Trail Mix
